FrequencY Generator

The Frequency Generator from NetTimeLogic is a clock aligned frequency generator allowing any frequency to be generated between 1Hz and 10MHz adjustable in 1Hz steps. It uses NetTimeLogic's Adjustable Clock core as source for source synchronous frequency generation.

The IP core comes with a Linux Driver

• Configurable frequency signal generation (0-10MHz) in 1Hz steps
• Configurable polarity
• Output delay compensation
• Alignment of the frequency generator to an input time
• Automatic realigning of the frequency generator on time jumps
• Continuous generation until disabled
• AXI4Lite register set or static configuration
• Generator resolution with 50 MHz system clock: 20ns
• Generator high-resolution with 250 MHz clock: 4ns, with DTC 1ns
